Because the product is self-hosted, you remain responsible for your own infrastructure, deployment choices, content, traffic sources, and compliance practices.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for activities performed under your account.

You agree not to use SelfCloak for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or rights-violating activities.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your campaigns, funnels, traffic handling, and business operations comply with the laws, regulations, ad network rules, and platform policies applicable to your jurisdiction and industry.

SelfCloak does not provide legal advice, regulatory advice, or guarantees regarding approval, performance, or compliance with advertising platforms, processors, or third-party networks.

Any information shared through our website, support, or documentation is educational and operational in nature only.

Certain features may require payment. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan.

Trial availability, launch offers, discounts, and refund terms may be limited, promotional, or changed at any time unless otherwise promised in writing.

All software, branding, interface elements, text, visuals, and materials provided by SelfCloak remain our property or the property of our licensors, except where otherwise stated.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or distribute the product except as permitted by law or explicit written authorization.

We may modify, suspend, improve, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without notice, including pricing, features, integrations, support channels, and availability.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the platform, failed to pay fees, or used the service in a way that could harm us, our partners, or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any billing commitments already incurred.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SelfCloak disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or specific business results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SelfCloak shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, campaign disruption, account restrictions, or business interruption.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SelfCloak in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SelfCloak from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your campaigns, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

These terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction chosen by SelfCloak, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
